about the librarian of babel

The Librarian of Babel is an ad-hoc artistic collective that creates and archives collaborative art projects which document the time, place, and people of the project using a method called Microtemporal Archaeology, developed in 2013 in Berlin by artist and Head Librarian Paula Billups.
The membership varies from project to project.
